Chris Coppa brings a rare combination of insider platform expertise, AI implementation experience, and hands-on consulting to every engagement. His work spans Salesforce optimization, custom application development, and intelligent automation using cutting-edge AI platforms.
As a founding member of the Salesforce.org Customer Success team, Chris helped build and scale solutions for hundreds of organizations, giving him deep insights into both what makes technology implementations successful and where they typically fail.
Today, Chris serves on the AI Advisory Board at Westmont College and is a strategic partner with Swantide, an AI-powered Salesforce administration platform backed by Menlo Ventures. He specializes in building AI-powered solutions using platforms like Claude (Anthropic), Lovable, and GoHighLevel — helping organizations automate workflows, optimize operations, and drive measurable business outcomes.
With an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and over 20 years of enterprise technology leadership, Chris has developed a portfolio of proprietary tools—including OrgLytix, BridgeMark, and MyBotBin—that combine strategic thinking with practical execution to deliver measurable results.
